How do i return my swim cap for an exchange?
Please call us the same day and if stocked we will send out the exchange on the same day or next working day. Return your items within 7 days. Please use the return address printed on the reverse of envelope.
What if my order has not arrived?
Please allow 5 working days before you contact us, it maybe we have received your order but due to workload we have not processed your order. Please call us as emails take longer for a reply.
I did not receive a confirmation email when I purchased online, did you receive my order?

How long after my order is processed will I receive my order?
Generally this takes up to 5 working days. All items are sent 1st class. If you require express delivery you should call or text us prior to ordering online. This service cost starts at £5.95 during our very busy periods you may have to wait up to 3 weeks for your order. If you order over the phone your order will be processed on the same day.
